Specializing in orthopaedics and arthroscopic surgery, Dr. Andrew Sams opened The Sams Clinic in 1999 with a vision of a first-class veterinary clinic that emphasized advanced veterinary care and minimally invasive diagnosis and treatment whenever possible.
