Schedule an Appointment
As a specialty referral clinic we work closely with your regular veterinarian. Please ask your doctor for a referral or let them know if you plan to schedule an appointment with us directly. It’s helpful to have as much information as possible from your regular veterinarian regarding your pet’s current medical condition, including diagnostic information such as x-rays or labwork. Please let your veterinarian know about your pet’s appointment with us, and we’ll keep them updated on your pet’s condition. We look forward to your call.
When you call to schedule your initial appointment we will ask for the following information:
- Your name and contact phone numbers
- Your pet’s name
- Your regular or referring veterinarian, if available
- A description of your pet’s orthopaedic or pain management issue
